Import module does not see geom:

Shape is first put in folder and then zipped. Put the shape files directly in a zip
You do not have all the shape subfiles in your zip file
Your shapefile was still open in qgis when you created the zip file
The encode when saving was not set to UTF_8
Column heading may NOT contain the following
- Space
- Rare characters (@,#,...)
- Start with a number (1.2....)

Often " does not exist Position: 22"

First check the following:

The shape file name cannot contain spaces or special characters (&é"'(§ è!à etc )
The ZIP file name cannot contain spaces or special characters, except an underscore (_)
The layer contains holes without surface or with only 2 points. (Qgis Processing => Toolbox => vector geometry => remove holes). First check for holes and then multi. The other way around does not work.
The layer contains multi-polygons point, or lines . Convert them to lines, point or polygon. (Qgis menu vector => geometry tools => multi to single).
Then right click on the layer 'single parts', choose export and then 'save features as'. Then remove the saved layer from the layer window of qgis. Then go to the location where the layer is in your explorer. Select the different parts of the shapefile and put them in a zip file.
Sometimes you have already worked a lot in a layer. This always leaves a bit of mess. You can solve this by saving. Qgis on saving => Resize => yes
Translation set:
- The column headings in the shapefile are not exactly the same as in the translation set (also capital letters)
- The translation set contains a column that is not in the shape file.

Import Shapefile
