Management process

Work schedules are the heart of Dipla, they describe the management processes.

A Management process consists of the total number of steps required to Architect the management of an element during a certain period. They are linked by the architect to the drawn elements on the map.

Work schedules consist of at least 1 step. A step always consists of 1 standard + 1 sub standard .

  • An example:

Standard and sub standard

A standard specifies which action must be taken, e.g. hedge trimming, emptying the garbage bin, phased mowing, etc.

With sub-standards you can further elaborate the standard ; create different variations of the standard , e.g. trim the hedge to 0.5m and to 1m, or empty the bin daily or weekly. At this level you will also fill in the calendar ; when and how often this management measure must be carried out per year.

You can also link material (quantity and unit price), man (hourly rate), machine (hourly rate) and biomass to the sub-standards .

Pseudo-tasks

When a control measure is created, Dipla calculates how many tasks and when those tasks need to be performed. These are all pseudo-tasks , which help you to give a hypothetical picture of the future, and help you to calculate the costs .

The Architect can then choose which pseudo-tasks should actually be activated.
