A questionnaire for MyObs can be configured so that users only see the questions that apply to them, instead of seeing all possible questions in a single list.
We do this by grouping questions and configuring routing for these groups. Before you can configure routing, you therefore need to have a questionnaire and have organised your questions into groups.
