Create a report

Click the pencil icon to create a new report

Enter a label: this is the ‘category’ of the report

Enter a comment: this is the ‘description’ of the report

Add a photo if applicable

Then click the map to place your point

Click the crossed-out pencil icon to exit drawing mode
