Create a task from a report

You can create a task in bulk or from a single report.

Create a task in bulk:

  • Open the reports table

  • Select the reports you want to create a task from

  • Click Selection

  • Choose Create task

You can create a task from one report in 2 ways:

  • Open Report info and click Create task at the bottom

Create task

  • Choose a reference task: this is a predefined task that you can select to quickly add recurring tasks.
    If you only have one reference task, it is filled in automatically

  • The task name: this is the task the Executor will see.

  • Choose a start and end date for the task

  • Pass on the task: choose who you want to pass the task on to. Users who only work with Meldingen (and not in Dipla) only need to select the correct Executor
