Visitor link
You can create visitor links so that third parties can follow management and/or execution in Dipla without having to create an account. Visitors can only view information and cannot make any changes themselves.
Visitor links can be created for:
Element info (Management)
Extra information (Management)
Notifications (Management)
Tasks (Execution)
Restrictions
What the visitor can see is determined by all the filters you set. You can therefore control this by choosing:
a specific project
one or more project sections
anything else that can be selected in the filter
You can also set an expiry date for the link.
Options
Visitors can, among other things:
see elements/tasks on the map
open the selected table
view the aerial photo or OSM
print the map
export the table to Excel or PDF
continue filtering using filters that have not been fixed
