You can insert a template document in various places in Dipla. This means you do not have to enter all the information each time or copy it from an external source.

Templates are available for:

• Report: this is only intended for implementation in a report and is done in consultation with support.

• Notification feedback: standard response for Notifications

• Extra information for work sheets: general information about a work sheet, visible in Dipla and MyDipla

• Extra information for work orders: general information about a work order, visible in Dipla and MyDipla

• Visitor link information: when a visitor link is opened, this information is displayed automatically
