Filter
Here you can apply detailed filters. The selected filters are remembered, so you do not have to configure the filter again each time.

Task info and status
You can filter based on different properties:
Date: choose between Today, This week, This month, This year, Next year or select a specific date
Task name, label and comment contains: enter part or all of the term to search specifically
Task status: all tasks, active tasks only or archived tasks only
Execution status:
In progress: all / in progress / not in progress / registration not (yet) completed
Completed: all / completed (green tick) / not completed (red cross) / registration not (yet) completed
Check: all / checked and OK (green thumb) / checked and not OK (red thumb) / no check performed

Basic and refine
Depending on your role(s) within Dipla, these filters will be more or less extensive. The fields under Refine respond to what you select under Basic:
Basic:
My projects: projects where you are an Architect and/or Coordinator
Executing organisation where I am a Planner
My work orders: work orders where you are the Coordinator, where you are allowed to add tasks as an Architect, or that have been assigned to your organisation. You can select one or more work orders.
My work sheets: work sheets where you are the Planner. You can select one or more work sheets.
Refine: by default, this filter is set to refine my tasks. You can then refine the tasks on the map based on the parties involved or geotypes that have or have not been assigned. You can therefore also filter for tasks where roles still need to be assigned, for example tasks without an Executor.
Depending on what you select under Basic, the fields under Refine will be adjusted and applied to the group of tasks you selected under Basic, rather than to ‘my tasks’.
Click Apply to apply the filter to the map.
To clear the filter, first click the bin icon and then Apply.
