Hosting of Dipla by Profisi

Dipla is offered by Profisi as a fully managed Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. Profisi is responsible for the hosting and technical management of the infrastructure required for Dipla to operate.

Dipla’s production environment is currently hosted on dedicated bare-metal server infrastructure from Hetzner Online GmbH within the European Union. Production data is located on servers in Germany.

The infrastructure is designed with a focus on availability, continuity, performance, security and scalability. This includes redundant facilities, monitoring, backups, security measures and separate technical environments.

Profisi continuously monitors the operation and load of the main infrastructure components and can adjust the available capacity and technical architecture when necessary for the security, continuity, performance, scalability or further development of Dipla.

Hetzner Online GmbH has a certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 for its hosting services and data centres.

The technical configuration of the hosting environment may change over time. Profisi ensures that the infrastructure continues to comply with applicable legal and contractual requirements and that the agreed service is not reduced.
