Management suggestions
With ‘Management suggestions’, Dipla can propose a management process + start year for an element. This is based on the extra information linked to the element.
This information can be obtained through an inventory or import.
A management suggestion consists of at least 1 component. A component specifies which condition(s) an element must meet in order to be assigned a particular management process.
A condition always consists of an answer type and a value linked to that answer type.
Management suggestions can be applied to an entire project or to selected elements on the map.

Enter a management suggestion
Click Administration and select Organisation management
Click Management suggestions
Click Enter on the left
Give your management suggestion a name
Choose which organisation is the owner (if you belong to only one organisation, this is filled in automatically)
Select which organisations will have access to the management suggestion (if you belong to only one organisation, this is filled in automatically)
If everyone in Dipla may use your management suggestion, you can set it to publicly available.
Click Enter

Suggestion components
By adding components, we can set requirements or conditions that an element must meet in order to receive a specific management process and start year.
The order of the components is very important. The first component is applied first, then the second, and so on.
Click + Add component
Choose the order of the component.
Choose the start year of the management process to be applied
Choose the management process to be applied

Add conditions
Now we will add the conditions that determine when an element receives the selected management process. This is done by choosing answer types and the values linked to those answer types.
Enter a description for the condition
Choose the answer type
Enter the value that this answer type must have
Click Save
When you have finished adding conditions, click Save again.

Order
As mentioned earlier, the order of the components can sometimes be important.
When at least 1 value differs between 2 components, the order is not important
When there is an overlap in a value between 2 components, you must adjust the order
