My links
When you click your username in the menu bar, you can click My Links. Here you can find all the visitor links you created in the different modules.
The overview table contains various information:
Active/archive: quickly shows whether the link is still valid (heartbeat or archive box)
Management/execution: shows whether the link comes from the management or execution module (brain or spade)
Name: click the name to open the link
Owner: shows under which organisation the link was created
Created by: by default, you only see the links you created yourself. At the top, you can click a button to show all links within your organisation, including those created by others.
Share from-to: the validity period of the link
You can delete a link by clicking the trash can at the far right of the table. Another option is to delete multiple links in bulk.
Select the reports you want to delete
Click Selection and choose Delete
Edit link information
You can change certain settings of a link, namely:
the name
the start and end date
the informative text
To edit the link information:
Select the link
Click Selection and choose Edit link information
