Pass on tasks
When tasks are generated by Dipla, they are not yet assigned to users. It is up to users to pass these tasks on (up to the Executor). This makes it possible to determine who is responsible for the management and execution of specific tasks and makes them easy to follow up.
You can pass a task on one role at a time. If you have multiple roles, you can therefore continue passing a task on, if necessary all the way to the Executor. We have created a 'fast lane' for this, allowing you to do this in a single action.
Filter by new tasks
By default, in Execution you only see the tasks you are already assigned to. To see new tasks that have not yet been assigned to anyone, you therefore need to apply a filter.
Click Filter
Under My projects, choose the project whose tasks you want to see
Then go to 'Refine selected project'
Under Architects, choose 'tasks without an architect'
Click Apply
You can now choose on the map or in the table which tasks you want to pass on.
