Task groups

Here you can see grouped tasks. These groups consist of tasks whose properties are all identical. If tasks differ by one property, those tasks will form a second group, and so on.
In the ‘Choose fields’ list, you can see which properties can cause a group to differ.

Under Selection

After selecting one or more tasks, the ‘Selection’ button becomes clickable. You can now perform actions on the selected tasks:

  • Export to Excel

  • Print: PDF table

  • Edit tasks: edit certain properties and parties involved in the tasks (if you have the required permissions)

  • Create registration: check off a task, start and stop a registration

  • Add to / remove from work order (if you have the required permissions)

  • Add to / remove from work sheet (if you have the required permissions)

  • Show in task list: view all tasks individually in a table
