What are Dipla Notifications?
Dipla Notifications allows issues to be reported by both volunteers and Dipla users in the field. They create these notifications in the MyDipla or Routechecker app, and the notifications can then be processed in Dipla.
When notifications are created using the MyDipla app, and therefore under a username, the notification is automatically sent to the correct organisation.
When notifications are created using the Routechecker app, Dipla routes the notification to the organisation with the smallest defined region at the location of the notification. If the notification is nevertheless sent to the wrong organisation, it can be forwarded.
Notification projects
As an organisation, you can have one or more projects that receive notifications. This is configured by Dipla after consultation. A region is defined for each project so that notifications are routed to the correct project.
